To whom this may concern:


I am very upset that the so called "Leaders from King, Pierce and Snohomish
counties" want to add an additional
$276 dollars a year to our (The people of this state) tax burden.  WHAT IS
THERE PROBLEM?  The economy is in the tank, people
are still being laid off by the thousands & these counties, and the state
wants to continue to raise taxes?


No new roads have been built in about 20 years and the now all of a sudden
these so called "Leaders" want to tax the
people of the state out of existence.  I have a few questions that have
never been answered that I know of and I have never seen them
answered on TV, in the Newspaper or on the NET.  Just some of the questions
are:


Q1:   Since there has been no roads built in about 20 years where has the
money gone that was
        collected for this purpose?  Since no roads have been built in about 20
years there should be
        a HUGE amount of cash ready for working on the roads.


Q2:   For all the money that the "counties & state" wants to collect where
is the EXACT plan for
        where the money WILL go?  "Not guesses and or projections as to where it
will go but an EXACT layout plan?"

Q3:   For the money that the "counties & state" collects for so called new
roads and road repairs where is the
        accountability?  When the license Tabs cut was first being voted on the
first time a few
        years ago the TV commercials said it would cut funding to: The elderly,
Police & Fire departments,
        animals shelters just to name some of the agencies.  WHY would these
agencies be getting any money
        from this fund?  This fund is supposed to be for NEW ROADS and road repair
ONLY.

Q4:   How can the "counties & state" expect support when the billions of
dollars that they already get
        is wasted on everything except for what it is supposed to go for?

Q5:   The past couple of times that the People of the state voted and passed
Car Tabs cuts the
        "counties & state" refused to honor what the people of the state passed.
My question is
        how does the "counties & state" expect ANY support for these new taxes when
what the people have voted
        on and PASSED has been ignored?  Just because the "counties & state" does
not like the way the people voted.

I would like "EXACT ANSWERS" to these questions and not political answers
that are generally quite long
and say nothing.
