The Planning Committee and Executive Board Executive Director is Kjris Lund.  Additional staffing is provided by all the jurisdictions and agencies involved in the process.  

The "Regionalism Bill" specifically tasks the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to provide direct staff support to the District.
